リップルのガーリングハウスCEO、SECによる訴訟問題についてコメント ｜規制の混乱を批判
リップルのブラッド・ガーリングハウスCEOは、米証券取引委員会（SEC）との訴訟問題についてツイッター上でコメントし、仮想通貨を巡る「規制の混乱」について批判している。SECは昨年末、リップルが未登録で証券を販売したとしてリップル社とガーリングハウス氏らを訴追していた。
ガーリングハウス氏は、「5つの重要な質問」に回答するという形でこの問題についてコメントしている。同氏は、「SECの証明されていない主張」を強く否定し、リップル社は「正しい側にある」と主張している。
